Chanal (pronounced "channel") Productions is a film production company founded in 2007 by actor and filmmaker Albert M. Chan. The company's first production was Fate Scores, which won awards at film festivals before being acquired for distribution by Moving Images Distribution (formerly Canadian Filmmakers Distribution West). Chanal Productions is currently working on its second production, Descendants of the Past, Ancestors of the Future, which has already won a Puffin Foundation grant and been named a finalist for the Roy W. Dean Film Grant.
